Based on each child’s career pathway and college admission requirements, learners choose subjects from a wide range offered by Cambridge, guided by our Academic Team. These include Science, Maths, Arts, Media Studies, Computer Science, Science, Accounts, Economics and Business.
Greenvalley, career counselling, personalised tracking helps the child to prepare for the entrance exams, portfolios, complete relevant online certification courses, and participate in competitions, hackathons, coding boot camps, and idea fests aligned with their career interests.
Based on each child’s interests, mentors from relevant fields guide them through custom-designed learning pathways. In some cases, children may work with more than one expert, gaining interdisciplinary exposure through short, real-life projects and challenges that strengthen practical application of concepts.
For example, a learner interested in Robotics builds strong foundations in Applied Mathematics, Applied Physics, and Material Science, and then progresses to Programming, Design, and Mechanical Engineering.These self-learning courses nurture independent, in-depth learning, help learners discover their passions early, and build a strong foundation for college and future careers.
Children explore various career options and also do ‘One day with Professionals’, short internships, work on real life projects and challenges. Start-ups also collaborate with Greenvalley by bringing real challenges to campus, where iLead learners work on solutions. Learners further gain hands-on experience through Greenvalley’s own ventures.
During the iLead years, children were strongly recommended to participate in Arts Exhibitions, Model United Nations, Dance Festivals, Do Music Performances and more importantly compete in competitions in state level and national level competitions.
In iLead, children can explore multiple dance forms and then learn classical dance forms, or cinematic dance forms.
In iLead, children choose their favorite musical instrument—Keyboard, Violin, or Guitar and begin mastering it, with the option to specialize in classical or contemporary styles.
For sports, Greenvalley provides option of Cricket, Football, Athletics, Badminton, Carrom, Chess, and Volleybal. Children can explore all of them in the initial years of iDiscover and they may choose one sport to specialize in or continue enjoying multiple sports as non-professionals.
We do have clubs for children who participate in Model United Nations, Hackathons, and other such competitions.
