Bringing PLP to Life

The implementation of Personalized Learning Plans (PLP) begins with understanding each student’s strengths, learning pace, and interests.

Understanding the Child

Early identification of each child’s needs is crucial. This involves initial assessments to understand cognitive abilities, learning styles, and emotional development. The progress is constantly updated.

Goal Setting

Yearly goals are set for skills based on the child's needs, leading to bi-weekly tasks implemented in one-to-one sessions and tailored recommendations for parents.

Observation & Assessment

The observation inventory and assessments provided through the PLP program enable the facilitators to determine the current progress for each of the skills. Various remedial measures are then recommended to improve the skill levels.
