2TYPES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

- (a) your full name, email address, phone number and physical address when you subscribe to be an RTRC member;
- (b) information you provide through our support channels, for example, when you report a problem to us or interact with us.
- (c) details of any transactions that you make on our Website (for example, when you take up a Deal with one of our Merchants);
- (d) payment information, for example your payment card information or bank account details;
- (e) information about your use of our Website;
- (f) information about the device you use to connect to our Website and your connection to the Website, for example, IP address, login data and browser type.
- (g) Any other information provided to us by you through any other method (including, without limitation, correspondence and discussions); and
- (h) Any other information that is collected for a lawful purpose connected with our provisions and your use of the RTRC Services and the Goods and Services.

- (a) you, when you provide that personal information to us on our Website as part of your registration to become a member and when you provide it to us through any other method; and
- (b) third parties where you have authorised this or the information is publicly available.

4USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
- 4.1We will only use your personal information to:
- (a) register you as an RTRC Member
- (b) provide you the RTRC Services;
- (c) consider any Subscription request by you for the RTRC Services;
- (d) verify your identity;
- (e) obtain feedback on a Deal you have participated in;
- (f) to monitor, develop and improve the Website and ensure that content of the Website is relevant to users and presented in the most effective manner
- (g) respond to communications from you, including a complaint;
- (h) communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you about us, the Website, Deals, RTRC Services, Goods, Services, and our Merchants;
- (i) collect money that you owe us including authorising and processing card transaction;
- (j) to protect and/or enforce our legal rights and interests, including defending any claim; and
- (k) for any other purpose authorised by you or the Act.
- 4.2You will have the option to choose to not receive certain types of email communications from us, except for those that are absolutely necessary (including to provide you with details of any Deals). Emails will always contain a link at the bottom to be removed from our mailing list.

- (a) our service providers or any business to supports us (from time to time), including any business that hosts or maintains any underlying IT system or data centre that we use to provide the Website;
