Over the years, dedicated psychological support and evidence-based therapy have helped individuals navigate life's challenges and improve emotional well-being. These milestones reflect a commitment to creating safe spaces where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered on their journey to healing.
Rather than only managing symptoms, therapy focuses on understanding life experiences, addressing root causes, and helping individuals build lasting emotional resilience and meaningful personal growth.
Over the years, I've seen how mental health problems can affect not just one person but whole families, relationships, and choices about life. My interest in psychology grew from observing how emotional struggles often go unnoticed or misunderstood, even within close relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that our experiences shape us deeply, but they don't have to define us forever. With the right support and understanding, people can process difficult experiences and reconnect with their authentic selves.
People often come to therapy feeling confused about their reactions or carrying guilt, believing they are somehow a bad person; whether it shows up as anxiety, relationship difficulties, or feeling "not good enough." In therapy, we explore these patterns, address the underlying experiences, and build practical coping skills so you feel more empowered and less dependent on therapy over time.
Instead of only managing symptoms like anxiety or overthinking, therapy focuses on understanding and processing the experiences that shaped these patterns. While this approach takes time, it supports deeper healing and helps break cycles that can otherwise pass across generations.

I combine approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy to address both the root causes of distress and present-day coping skills.
Instead of only managing symptoms like anxiety or overthinking, therapy focuses on understanding and processing the experiences that created these patterns.
The goal of therapy is to help clients build insight and skills so they become less dependent on therapy over time.
A strong emphasis on clinical training, supervision, and ethical practice, ensuring clients receive responsible and competent care.
All sessions are currently offered online. This allows clients to access therapy from anywhere while maintaining privacy and convenience. Sessions take place through secure video calls at a scheduled time, similar to a traditional therapy session.
