During the last financial crisis, he experienced what many Americans faced—corporate realignment and reorganization. Recognizing the knowledge gap between corporate and small to medium-sized businesses, he committed to sharing his expertise directly with the entrepreneurs who needed it most.

After nearly 20 years of serving this community through corporate finance roles, Paul founded IronBridge Advisors to bridge the gap between corporate expertise and entrepreneurial need. Today, the firm delivers the C-suite financial and operational guidance that transforms businesses—ensuring no owner has to navigate their most critical seasons of transition without the strategic clarity they need.
