That’s why we’re thrilled to present our exclusive Permit to Plunge Promise™. A trademarked guarantee, designed to ensure a swift and seamless pool construction process that is completed within 30 business days from the moment your municipal permit is issued.

We use cutting edge construction methods, including the Track-Form system, that enables us to surpass industry standard timelines for concrete pool builds. We cherish our customers and they appreciate us, but we don’t intend to linger as a permanent presence in their backyard. Minimizing lifestyle disruption is one of our core principles.

Talk is Cheap

If unforeseen delays occur after the permit is received (e.g. supply chain disruptions), we’ll provide a $1000.00 credit to be applied toward a robotic pool cleaner or another pool accessory of your choice.
