  • Ohio Update: Requires two (2) persons to clear a flagged order. If your organization ships into the State of Ohio, their rule requires two persons designated by the drug distributor's responsible person to independently analyze the order. Those persons must determine that the order is not likely to be diverted from legitimate channels. The order must still be reported to the Board as suspicious.
