This is an agreement between you or the entity that you represent ( hereinafter “you” or “your”) and swizzle innovations pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter “swizzle”) governing your use of swizzle suite of online business productivity and collaboration software.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of kerala, india, and any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
